Nigerian Afro-Fusion artiste,
Burnaboy has been recognized
by The Recording Academy,
organizers of the Grammy
Awards, who took online to state
that pop musician is steadily
ascending as a globally-loved
superstar.
On account of his critically-
acclaimed “African Giant” album,
Burnaboy has been duly
recognized beyond borders and
the recognition just keeps
coming. In addition to debuting
at number 16 on the UK albums
chart, Burnaboy’s “African Giant”
album also debuted at no. 104 on
Billboard’s 200 charts, solidifying
its global recognition and
acceptance value.
The 19 tracks album has a run
time of over one hour features
British singer, Jorja Smith; African
legend, Angelique Kidjo, and
Damian Marley, son of Jamaican
icon, Bob Marley. All these have
courted the attention of the
Grammy Award organizers who
took to their tweeter handle to
declare Burnaboy a globally-
loved superstar.

tweet on Friday. Right now,
“African Giant” is the highest-

United Kingdom.
