Former P’Square member, Paul Okoye has taken online to embitter a lot of Nigerians with his comment on the recent Xenophobic attack in South Africa. According to him, South Africans are not to be blamed but rather, Nigerians. The talented singer belongs to the school of thought that certain Nigerians have painted an ugly picture of Nigeria such that many nations of the world want to have nothing to do with Nigerians. He named a few of these nations and they include America, Europe, Asia, South Africa,and even Nigeria. This comment stirred lots of mixed reactions. The music icon took it as far as saying he doubts that HELL would want anything to do with Nigerians. He has been under fire ever since he made this comment, as many have tagged him a foolish and braindead celebrity. Taking to social media, the “Reason With Me” crooner wrote; “American don’t want Nigerians, Europeans don’t want Nigerians, Asians don’t want Nigerians, South Africans don’t want Nigerians, Nigerians don’t want Nigerians. Na HELL be that oh. There’s no guarantee that HELL sef will accept us. We are done unless our leaders start Reasoning.”
